COMPOSITION

EXXTRADAY-SR Capsule consists of two active ingredients-

Aceclofenac 200 mg as sustained release Pellets.

Rabeprazole Sodium 20mg as enteric coated tablets.

INTRODUCTION

EXXTRADAY SR Capsule is belongs to a class of NSAIDs (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs). It is an anti-inflammatory drug which is used to treat health problems like rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, and ankylosing spondylitis.

EXXTRADAY SR Capsule is a combination medicine which helps in relieving pain. It works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and inflammation in the body.

Aceclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling). Rabeprazole is a proton-pump inhibitor (PPI) which prevents damage to the stomach lining caused by Aceclofenac.

HOW TO USE EXXTRADAY-SR CAPSULE

EXXTRADAY-SR Capsule should be taken in the dose and duration advised by your doctor. Depending on the severity of your underlying illness, your doctor will decide the precise dose. It may cause side effects like nausea, flatulence, indigestion, diarrhea, and constipation in some patients. Inform your doctor immediately if any rash or allergic reaction is observed while taking this medicine.

DOSE OF EXXTRADAY-SR Capsule

The dosage of Exxtraday-SR Capsule is prescribed by the doctor after examining the patients’ height, weight, and medical history. Don’t stop or start a new medicine without the consultation of the doctor. The patient should complete the dosage of the medicine as prescribed by the doctor.

IF EXXTRADAY-SR CAPSULE DOSE IS MISSED

In case if a patient misses a dose of the Exxtraday-SR Capsule then it is advised to take the medicine as soon as possible. However, if it is the time of the second dose then don’t double up the dose as it might have serious side effects.
